Dream Valve
Hi everyone, next I will introduce the 7075 valve to you.It belongs to one of Z-type valves. We launched it in 2015. It is made of aviation aluminium alloy and can withstand pressure up to 45MPA. The surface is black hard oxidized to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Its pressure reducer and memory are designed on an aluminum material. The structure is compact. There is no separated part for the gas from the pressure reducing to the pressure storage. You don't need to worry about the sealing problem.
The Airgun regulator with simple installation without adjustments on rifle, so everything can be returned back. All you need to do is unscrew the valve body from bottle (before screwing launch air). You need suitable stick and vise. Then screw regulator between the bottle and valve. Regulator with vented to atmosphere.
Product Details
The position of the manometer and quick fill pin can be selected before pressurizing. To fulfill the need to purchase painball coupling , which is the same as marauder or other rifle. After installing the regulator NEVER fill the old way, through the valve. At fill always open the valve bottle slowly and do not fill too quickly. After installing the regulator NEVER fill throught by valve on the airgun, only by quick fill on regulator. For the filling you must purchase paintball coupling, which is the same as gun marauder or more.

Precise size.
The core of the valve is the pressure reducer. The position of the pressure reducer is precise, the error is only 0.01MM, and it is processed by mirror grinding and filled with flame retardant grease. Ensure that the pressure reducing mechanism is normal during long-term reciprocating motion.
When we decided to be part of the airgun industry, we also made the decision to ensure that players had the precise and stable valves they needed to enter the game.
Stable Pressure Regulation
The pressure regulating switch is installed outside the valve,which can be adjusted with a simple tool. In the case of stored gas, it can still adjust to higher pressure without discharging the gas. (But it does not support the regulation from high pressure to low pressure in the case of gas storage.)
The core of the regulator is the decompressor. The position and size of the decompressor are precise, the error is only 0.01MM, and after mirror grinding and filling with flame retardant grease. Ensure that the decompression mechanism is in normal condition in long-term reciprocating motion.
Precise Pressure Reducing Parts
As you can see in the picture, this is the pressure reducing mechanism inside the valve. It uses the German Mubea springs. The speed error is 1.5 m / s and the output energy is 10-70J.
Alloy steel needle
The valve needle is made of alloy steel. The surface is heat treated and ground, and it can withstand more than 10,000 knocks without deformation and rust. We use taper sealing structure, which is more reliable than the traditional plane sealing structure, and can increase the sealing capacity with the increase of pressure.
Abundant accessories
We offer seals that can be used for replacement, spools and wrench lubricants as a backup, you don't need to buy it when you need it. At the same time, it is equipped with pressure measuring container, which is convenient for you to adjust the pressure before using. You must keep maximum cleanness in the entire pressure system (airtube and outer o-rings). Do not disassemble the regulator without previous approval, which will be awarded based on e-mail correspondence, where you provide the reason why it would be necessary to disassemble the regulator. In the case of breach this procedure you may damage the regulator function (fully assembled regulator is not simple and it is necessary to follow the correct procedure). For these reasons, the disassembly without previous consent,or failure exact installation procedure can not claim the warranty. Since regulator is not original part from the manufacturer’s, installation is on your own responsibility.
